Leigh Court was honoured to host Business West’s coffee morning last Friday, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The coffee morning was part of a national fundraising event, Macmillan’s biggest. To raise money during the coffee morning, we hosted our annual ‘Business West Bake Off”.
Our winning bake was a batch of lemon curd frosting fairy cakes, only narrowly beating our runner-up of raspberry cupcakes.
We raised a substantial amount of money for Macmillan Cancer Support on the day so well done to all our budding Mary Berry’s who brought in bakes, and of course those who were brave enough to donate and try them!
