Berry Blue Creative Food started life from a farm in Gloucestershire where produce is grown for their customers’ bespoke catering. Louise Brown founded the company to bring local and seasonal produce to venues in the area so when you work with Berry Blue, you’re working with ethical, sustainable, and independently owned catering.
Your Perfect Menu
We’ll work with you and Berry Blue to produce a menu that you’ll love and remember forever. You can choose from the extensive sample menus, or you can work with the caterers to create a bespoke or themed menu.
The farm, and Louise’s home, are on the edge of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. Louise grows all sorts of vegetables, including pumpkins, carrots, salads, and herbs. She also has an orchard full of apples, pears, and damsons and grows heritage tomatoes in polytunnels during the summer months. Not all produce in your menu is grown by the farm, but it’s sprinkled throughout your meal, and the rest of the produce is bought from similar sustainably-grown farms.
Vegetarian or Vegan only menus
Berry Blue can also cater to a range of dietary requirements and allergens, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and meat-free. You can even create an entirely vegetarian or vegan menu if you wish! The meat-free menus are just as mouth-watering and inspiring as the other menus from Berry Blue, as the chefs pride themselves in excellent plant-based cooking.
